Blind on the street, repeating the same gesture of a caress. An assistant invites the audience to “take care of me”, feeding me a spoon of honey. I’m there receiving, passive and present.

When do you think it’s enough? When do you start to say no?

Progressively this way to take care of me becomes a way to disgust me. Too much honey, suddenly too much for the stomach. The only way to communicate with the others is through my mouth. As a result of theirs gestures I sense theirs intentions. Sometimes gentle, sometimes forcing me to open my mouth.

The honey comes out of my mouth reaching the red ball on my belly as soon as my body starts to reject it. In this moment, the caress, the gesture itself, become the opposite. The caress becomes a way to destroy what I’m taking care of. The red ball is slowly destroyed by the repeated gesture of the caress.
