2016
Performance by Marta Lodola and Ruth Biene, duration 30 min. Materials: white textile, acrylic red wool, needle, charcoal, black clay, performers’ movement.
Two identities meet, each one of them bring its own world. Each one of them has its own language, its own nature, its own habits and dreams. What happens when they establish contact? The main compromise is to find a true meeting point slowly breaking the habitual circle each one of them daily erect.
Blinded bodies losing theirs orientation find a dialogue through materials and movement. As listening animals, they perceive themselves, communicate and get closer. Words are sounds and movements slowly turning into complex subjects. The circles are broken, generating cohesion.
